Fl Studio is a digital audio workstation developed by Image-Line, a Belgium company. The first version (when it was called Fruity Loops) was released in 1998, since then this DAW has evolved into one of the most popular softwares among producers.

There are four editions of FL Studio available: Fruity, Producer, Signature and the All Plugins Bundle. Check out the Image-Line website for the differences. Good to know: When you buy any version of FL Studio, you get lifetime updates!

Besides a pattern-based music sequencer, Image-Line has developed multiple VST’s and VSTI’s. For example: Edison, Harmless, Vocodex and Gross Beat.
FL Studio is used by many famous producers and DJ’s like: Avicii, Martin Garrix, Deadmau5 and Secret Cinema.
