This tutorial by ZenWorld gives you 3 techniques for creating trap sounds with Serum. It does not show you how to make 1 presets like most tutorials in this list, but 3 neat tricks which, in my opinion, you can use for any kind of genre. These techniques are fairly easy to use and understand, but knowledge of Serum comes in handy to use these in the right way.

An in depth tutorial on the warp modes of Serum. It’s a bit long, but Dorian Day takes the time to explain everything. I like that he has the Serum Manual for additional information and a waveform/spectrum analyser so you can see the waveforms change when he applies the different warp modes.

Only the first half of this tutorial is about Serum, the second half contains other effects and plugins which will shape the sound even more. It however shows – in a clear way – what you need to create a nice drum ‘n bass sound and in my opinion it’s very interesting and educational.
